‘AHEAD OF IT’S TIME’
This is not the first copy I’ve had. It’s pretty hard in my industry to find a book written so well that you get it straight away. Trying to get my clients on board with their nutrition is a big challenge. This is one of the books that my clients get. It’s forward thinking and comes from a seat of knowledge rarely found.

BRILLIANT!
What a great book, concise, easy to read and the author really cuts through a difficult subject which is a mine field of conflicting advice normally. I am studying nutrition and so far this is the best summary of all the books (and there have been lots) i have read. Fizzbucks on Amazon
EYE OPENING
An eye opening book that challenges “healthy eating” doctrine, very easy to read, makes complete sense, the main message is that your body needs fat, that saturated fat is not all bad, and to eat healthy real food rather than processed. I recommend “Nourishing Traditions” as an excellent follow up to this as is “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration”, where possibly some of the research may come from. A. McLauchlan
IF ONLY I KNEW THIS EARLIER
I remember times that I was really trying to lose weight in the past and I really really really wish I had known what is in this book back then – it would have saved me so much stress.
Now, even if I don’t always follow the guidelines I know what I’m doing. When I follow the guidelines friends notice that I’ve lost weight within a week because I lose it from my tummy first of all – where it tends to show up on me!
This is not a diet it is a revolution and a way to break the cycle of yo-yo dieting and just eat better, happier and tastier for the rest of your life. Pearl
BRILLIANT, EASY TO READ AND INFORMATIVE BOOK
Brilliant, user-friendly short book on de-mystifying incorrect facts that are thrown around by the media and self-appointed friendly experts. Straightforward in format and layout, this book is a great introduction to nutrition for those who haven’t read any books on the subject before. It is also helpful to those that are more familiar with the topic as Khush provides the scientific explanations that bust facts that are commonly and incorrectly taken as a given. This book will leave you armed with greater knowledge about how to feed and look after yourself in a healthy and responsible way. Highly recommended. Chloe1207
AN END TO DIETING
Since I started eating this way two years ago, I have felt much more energetic, my skin has improved, my hair is shinier and my overall health is better. I also no longer have to worry about keeping my weight down through faddy diets. I am now giving my body the food it wants so my cravings have disappeared. No longer are looking good and feeling great mutually exclusive. I highly recommend this book. Sian Watkinson
REFRESHINGLY SENSIBLE
I cannot rate this book highly enough. A perfectly approachable introduction to demystifying the world of nutrition with simple practical tips that are actually reaslistically doable, manageable and sustainable. A must read for those who think they know, and those who don’t. Liberating in everyway and not a fad diet book – its one that states the truth about the real food the body needs and craves to work at its best. Buy, read, do! R.Houston
AN IMPORTANT, MUST READ
Anyone who influences children’s dietary intake and lifestyles must read this book. It gives vital information in an easy to read format about the factors that can influence the healthy development of the growing child. P. Steinthal
GREAT BOOK OF GREAT HELP
I was thrilled to have this book in my hands for the very first minute. Great title, great cover and greatest content. It was a pleasant surprise for me. Even though I’ve read many ‘the best diet’ and ‘right nutrition’ books I was amazed with the simplicity all these complex daily health and nutrition issues were presented. Now,people and pros can understand easily what could be hidden behind the weight management torture. Antonia Moutafi
