Adrenocortex Stress Profile test with CAR measures adrenal stress hormone imbalances. This involves collecting saliva samples through the day. This test provides direction for clinical intervention with targeted therapeutic treatments such as nutrient support and/or adaptogens, stress management, behavioural modification and lifestyle interventions.

The DNA Health test looks at specific gene variants designed to optimise well-being and health by personalising lifestyle and nutrition choices and, where necessary, using supplements tailored to offset any particular nutritional deficit through specific gene variants. Other DNA tests are offered such as DNA oestrogen, DNA mind, DNA growbaby as seem appropriate and/or requested. Any two DNA test is £299.

The DUTCH Plus test (Dried Urine Comprehensive Test for Hormones) is the most comprehensive test to measure the levels of sex AND stress hormones. Stress impacts sex hormones, therefore addressing sex hormones with a comprehensive look at the sex hormones is key in providing you with a personalised therapeutic approach.

This test provides valuable information into digestive function, intestinal inflammation and the intestinal microbiome. The test includes, digestion/absorption markers such as pancreatic enzyme, feral fat, inflammatory markers such as secretary IgS, calprotectin and various microbes (bacteria, fungal and virus).

This test measures all the fatty acids in the blood and reports levels of all 24 fatty acids as well as the Omega-3 index, ratios and the trans fat index.

OAT test provides a comprehensive metabolic snapshot of your overall health with over 70 markers.  It provides an accurate evaluation of intestinal yeast and bacteria, it also includes markers for vitamin and mineral levels, oxidative stress, neurotransmitter levels, and this specific OAT includes markers for oxalates, which are highly correlated with various chronic illnesses. If you have a pre-diagnosed condition, this is the test to start with.

This test is like the MOT. The NutrEval test evaluates over 125 biomarkers and assesses the body's functional need for 40 antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids, digestive support and other select nutrients.

The HTMA test looks at least 20 minerals and toxic elements in the hair. It gives indications into their deficiencies, imbalances and toxicities. HTMA can provide indications into carbohydrate tolerance, adrenal and thyroid health, toxic metal status. Note, this test does not provide information into vitamins or food intolerances.
