Looking Forward to Looking Back

Dear All,

Welcome to December 2006, before we know it we will be in 2007 and look back and wonder where the year went.

I am hoping that you can look back and say that you have had a healthy 2006 and look forward to an even healthier 2007. If not then maybe it is time to review your health and look at what may be hindering you from having oodles of energy and a symptom free life.

As I say to most of my clients, when we have a symptom, for example a head ache, taking a pain killer may remove the pain, but it is not addressing the cause. As a nutritionist/naturopath and soon to be a fully qualified homeopath, getting to the root cause of ill health is of utmost importance…why? You may ask….well….imagine the following scenario…

You are on the motorway (highway to some folk) on the way to a well deserved weekend break, and suddenly the car over-heats. You find your self waiting on the hard shoulder for your vehicle rescue team. They arrive promptly and temporarily fix the over-heating issue whilst you make it to the nearest car repair garage. Whilst on your merry way, you decide ‘well the car is not heating up anymore so you risk driving all the way to your weekend break destination’…hhhmmm sounds rather idiotic?

Then why do we do this with our health? Why just swallow a pill to drown the pain and then keep going until the next ‘break-down’ or to be more precise until the next headache? After all it is a symptom of an underlying imbalance and that underlying imbalance is not an imbalance from the lack of pain killers in our system…make sense?

So what am I getting at here, well to cut to the chase (and yes I am keeping it brief this month) Why not invest in your health holistically? In other words aim to enjoy 2007 and the festive season completely symptom-free and if you do experience any of those symptoms get to the ‘root of them’ using natural therapeutic approaches, so that later down the journey of life, these symptoms do not progress onto more serious conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, an over-heated menopause or cancer.

To help you get started we are offering 20% off of our packages for Metabolic Typing and our Body Scan for December and January (on a first come first serve basis). For further details or bookings you can contact us at info@khushmark.com (for further details go to www.khushmark.com)

In the meantime, we wish you and your family the very best for this festive season of celebrations.

To a great 2007!

Khush Mark
